One of the most fulfilling roles I get to play is facilitating Leading + Living on Purpose. Every cohort changes me—every single time.
If I’m being honest, what gets me out of bed each morning is the chance to help create spaces where it feels safe to look inward, to notice the conditioning that pulls us away from our truest selves. And when we do that work together—in community—change and healing happen faster. Energy frees up. Alignment returns.
When we lead from that place, results come with more ease. But more importantly, something deeper shifts. The quality of our presence makes it safer for teams to get real. Real about what’s working. Real about what’s not. Real about where things feel stuck—and where they want to flow.
We typically bring this program in-house so we can customize it for our clients. Once a year, though, we open it up and invite a broader community to experience it together—without needing to host it internally.
This February is that moment.
What We Practice and Track
Participants consistently report an average 2.5- to 3-point increase in capability across many areas, including the sampling shown below:
- I can regulate and reset myself when I feel overwhelmed or reactive.
- I can identify fear-based assumptions that drive resistance in myself and others.
- I recognize fixed-mindset moments and intentionally shift toward growth.
- I design and facilitate meetings with clarity, flow, and meaningful outcomes.
- I maintain daily habits that support my energy, focus, and leadership impact.
- I notice how my thoughts shape my emotions and behavior—and I interrupt unhelpful patterns.
- I understand how my internal narrative affects how I lead and relate.
- I use reflection or mindfulness practices to stay grounded under pressure.
- I ask open, powerful questions that help others uncover their own solutions.
- I lead and coach from a values-aligned place with greater confidence.
If you’re feeling the pull to lead with more clarity, steadiness, and humanity, let this be your invitation.
Leading + Living on Purpose isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about creating space. Space to reset your nervous system. Space to listen differently. Space to lead from who you actually are, not who you think you’re supposed to be.
Join my LLOP facilitation team on February 19–20 for this once-a-year virtual cohort. Come as you are. Leave more aligned, more resourced, and more connected to yourself—and the people you lead.
We’d love to have you in the room.
