Today, I’m thrilled to share something close to my heart. After years of nurturing and honing the Leading and Living on Purpose (LLOP) program, my coaching team has dedicated an online space for it. Our new website is called leadliveonpurpose.com. More than just a website, this space celebrates our commitment to leading and living authentically. Over time, the LLOP team explored what it means to lead with intention, to live authentically, and to build teams rooted in trust and collaboration. This new platform brings those insights to life, offering resources and stories that resonate with our shared experiences.
At its heart, the LLOP program offers immersive, transformative two-day retreats tailored for both individuals and teams. If you join us as an individual, you’ll clarify your personal values, challenge limiting beliefs, craft a vision for living with intention, and build relationships with leaders in other organizations. If you join as a team, you’ll deepen connections, foster trust, increase collective intelligence, and cultivate awareness that your team members matter.
One of my favorite aspects of these retreats is how intentionally we engage with nature. Research consistently shows that spending even just twenty minutes outdoors can positively shift our nervous systems, increase creativity, and cultivate greater self-compassion. By integrating natural settings into these sessions, we create environments ideal for profound reflection and genuine conversations.
At The Soul Purpose, I’ve always believed in the power of thoughtful leadership. The LLOP program, my team, and our new site are extensions of that belief. The LLOP site is a place where you can find tools, inspiration, and community to support your leadership journey.I invite you to explore the new website, reflect on your own path, and consider how you might lead and live with even greater purpose.
