Living Life on Purpose
Our lives are a compilation of expanding choices. External pressures seduce us with ideas of how our lives should be, so we tend to lose ourselves along the way. We forget to have conversations with our hearts, often living our lives from the neck up, moving from one task to another. We fall into a state of constant reaction, which is exhausting.
Whenever I find myself depleted, I realize that I’ve been focusing on all my professional and personal “shoulds” and that I’ve lost my wholeheartedness. I’m not in alignment with what matters most to me. The good news is that once you become conscious of your reactive state and you muster a little courage to take a look, it takes very little effort to get back in alignment with your heart.
Living Life on Purpose (LLOP) is a life-changing, two-day session that guides you to stay true to yourself and to your heart, inviting you to make necessary adjustments to live your days with purpose and intentionality.
